Alumni Directory Project

Enhancing the alumi network is a priority for Alpha Tau Omega . As an important step in strengthening our connection to members, Alpha Tau Omega has partnered with Publishing Concepts (PCI) and will be undertaking a data verification project and creation of a new alumni directory.

This directory will assist alumni in engaging with one another and the school. PCI will be verifying the accuracy of current alumni data on file and will begin mailing postcards and send emails in early 2026. The communication requests alumni to call a telephone number to verify or update their alumni profile on their own. When alumni call, they will be offered an opportunity to purchase a printed or digital directory as well as exclusive Alpha Tau Omega  merchandise.

Alumni are under no obligation to purchase anything. Regardless of whether alumni purchase the directory, Alpha Tau Omega thanks you for updating your information. For more information and Frequently Asked Questions about this project, please see below.

I received an email/postcard/phone call from a company asking for my personal information and said they were working with Alpha Tau Omega. Is this a respectable project?

Yes, this project is legit! Alpha Tau Omega has partnered with PCI (also known as Publishing Concepts) to produce our new alumni directory.

PCI is a family-owned business based in Dallas, TX that has published directories for educational institutions, fraternities, sororities and military organizations across the nation for over 100 years.

I would like to verify or update my information. How can I do this?

If you received a postcard or an email with a telephone number, you may call the number to speak with a real, live human being representing the Alpha Tau Omega. They will verify the information we have on file for you and make any updates where needed.

If you received an email with an embedded link, simply click the link to go to the online site, and review your information. If you did not receive a postcard or email, you may call the dedicated Alpha Tau Omega update line at 800-230-0601

How do I know my information will only be used for directory purposes?

PCI is committed to protecting your information. The names, addresses and information provided to PCI for the publication of the Oral History Project will be held confidential by PCI, except to the extent that they are utilized in, or in the preparation of, the Oral History Project and except as required by court order or law.View moreView less

When will I receive my directory?

The total duration of the project from initial outreach to directory release is approximately 12 months.
