Alumni Directory Project

Enhancing the alumi network is a priority for Bishop Canevin High School. As an important step in strengthening our connection to members, Bishop Canevin High School has partnered with Publishing Concepts (PCI) and will be undertaking a data verification project and creation of a new alumni directory.

This directory will assist alumni in engaging with one another and the school. PCI will be verifying the accuracy of current alumni data on file and will begin mailing postcards and send emails in mid 2025. The communication requests alumni to call a telephone number to verify or update their alumni profile on their own. When alumni call, they will be offered an opportunity to purchase a printed or digital directory as well as exclusive Bishop Canevin High School merchandise.

Yes, this project is legit! Bishop Canevin High School University has partnered with PCI (also known as Publishing Concepts) to produce our new alumni directory. PCI is a family-owned business based in Dallas, TX that has published directories for educational institutions, fraternities, sororities and military organizations across the nation for over 100 years.

If you received a postcard or an email with a telephone number, you may call the number to speak with a real, live human being representing the Bishop Canevin High School They will verify the information we have on file for you and make any updates where needed.

PCI is committed to protecting your information. When will I receive my directory?

The total duration of the project from initial outreach to directory release is approximately 12 months.
